Saturday was St. Patrick's Day, but I basically stayed in to work. I'm trying to get work done early so I'll have some time to hang out with Zach while he's here next week, and maybe we can do some fun things. I read The Scarlet Letter, prepped for my Honors American Lit. and Culture class, and read over Jeff's tweaks to my presentations. I think I'm in pretty good shape. I also read a bit of Wollstonecraft's Vindication to prepare for my Wednesday grad student reading group.
I pretty much stayed home all week to get caught up on work. Nothing too exciting. We cleaned a bit, too. We ate pork chops all weekend; Sunday night I had beans and salad for dinner. Woo hoo. Essentially, we're doing what we can to prepare for Zach's visit, so I will have more news later this week. I just wish the weather was better--it was so gorgeous for awhile there! Now it's about 50 and raining off and on again.
